We combine resistance and cardio training to form a unique high intensity interval style training program targeting weight loss, increased metabolic rate and improved strength & fitness.
We offer the most flexible boot camp anywhere! No time period expiry, no lost sessions for non attendance. Pay only for what you use. Exercise needs to be convenient are we helping to make it that way.

All our boot camps include FREE walk & run club sessions every week, monthly fitness testing, inter-boot camp challenges, team entries into fun runs, rides & walks and social events throughout the year.
