The Walk & Run Club is suitable for everyone of all fitness levels - whether you would like to walk in a social setting, jog with someone of a similar fitness level, train for a running event or would just like the accountability of a group to help you exercise.
The Ladies Circuit 30 takes place at the Drive Fitness studios which are easy to find and have plenty of street parking available. The Drive Fitness studios are located in Seven Hills, Mt Gravatt and Tarragindi.
