Exercise and eating are partners in crime, we know this. Drive Fitness personal trainers are experts at applying the most effective training methods to your fitness program but without appropriate nutrition even the best training will fail to deliver top results. This is why we get involved with what you eat as well as how you train!
This is not a short term diet. We have a varied, balanced & complete approach to nutrition.
We promote and encourage a food philosophy not a diet (at least not in the sense that most people have come to understand the word 'diet'). The word 'diet' often implies short term meal plans, meal replacement shakes and bars, calorie or point counting & a limited range of foods. We promote a long term solution that works, not another fad.

Our approach to eating is perfect if you are looking to control your weight, improve your energy levels and increase your training and sport performance. If you don't have any special dietary requirements as a result of a disease or other condition then our eating philosophy is for you!
We provide the info, but... at the end of the day it's up to you!
Only you can ultimately control what you put in your mouth. It doesn't matter how much you know or how many support people you have, it all comes down to you and what you eat!
