The Drive Fitness ladies circuit 30 is for ladies only! Designed specifically for achieving the results that ladies want.
Ladies circuit 30 targets toning of the thighs, bum, tummy and arms and aims to promote bone density, core strength and stability, correct posture, muscle strength and overall fitness in just 30 minutes.The intensity of ladies circuit 30 is appropriately paced for all fitness levels and the exercises are instructed at a level appropriate for everyone regardless of previous training experience.
